How did it start?
Our organization was born out of the understanding that after the storm comes an even greater one
On the day the treatments and surgeries end, oftentimes, the envelope of support suddenly disappears and a new chapter begins – a chapter full of challenges that are not always talked about.
There is a feeling that we are expected to immediately return to being a wife, mother, partner, active and smiling a lot. We know how lonely it is to be there, but you are not alone, we are here to continue the envelope of support as long as you need it.
We know, because we were there, on the side of the patients and caregivers. We saw firsthand how important it is to have a safe and inclusive place for young women who have recovered from cancer, a place where they can receive support and reconnect with life.
You have come to a place where you can ask questions and not just at the next check-up, a place where side effects are accepted, a space where you will understand that you are not different, that there are other women who feel like you even after they have recovered.
We are here to give you the answer you need the day after – with tools, support, and resources to help you find your way forward.
We founded the organization because we believe that you should not go through these days alone. Our goal is to help you rediscover your strengths, address your fears, and help plan your future together. We are here for you, to accompany you every step of this journey, and to remind you that you are not alone.
Come on.

Dikla Shir Priant
Founder and Chairwoman
After getting sick and recovering twice, I couldn't stand by and watch more and more women go through the opacity and loneliness, so I decided that this was my life's mission.
In recent years, I have served as VP of Marketing and Sales at global pharmaceutical companies. I am a member of the board of directors and founder of the Madonna – Women for Health association.

Ifa Hermoni
Board of Directors Member
I believe in promoting a holistic approach and comprehensive support for women recovering from cancer, recognizing the connection between the recovery process and post-trauma, to help them cope with the various challenges of this process.
I bring with me a wealth of experience from years of senior management positions in marketing and training at leading international pharmaceutical companies. I hold a BA in Life Sciences and an MBA, and am currently studying for an additional MA in Clinical Psychology.

Einav Yosef in Bandat
Board of Directors Member
Over 20 years of experience in marketing management positions in leading companies in the industrial and medical fields. Pained by the gaps inherent in the healthcare system between the human soul and large, complex systems, and grateful for the opportunity to be a partner in creating a significant impact in the organization SHEna.

Oshrat Spivak
Audit Committee Member
As a twice-recovered breast cancer survivor, I know well the feeling of loneliness and the expectation from those around you the day after to return to who you were before you got sick, and from my experience I deeply understand the need for support and care, especially the day after treatment ends. This is the reason why I joined the association. So that I can provide other women with the same support and care, so that no one is alone. Never.
By profession, I am an emotional therapist and a facilitator of awareness groups.
In the past, I was an accountant, in a senior management position at a large hotel chain for many years.

Lior Stinos
Member of an association
For years, our office has provided various services to nonprofits out of a desire to provide for the community and raise awareness in important areas.
As soon as I heard about the possibility of raising the issue of treating the survivors and their process the next day, I embarked on this important and close-to-my-heart task and mobilized the firm to assist and contribute our experience to this issue in an attempt to create change.

Limor Roth Cantor
Audit Committee Member
Owner of a law firm specializing in criminal law.
"I am honored to be a member of a groundbreaking organization, of great and unique value to every recovering woman."

Raviv Sobel
Member of an association
For two decades, I have accompanied the needs of patients in the Israeli healthcare system from various angles, as the coordinator of the health sector in the Budget Division, as a member of the Pharmaceutical Basket Committee, and as a VP at a multinational pharmaceutical company.
The healthcare system in Israel provides cancer patients with a very high level of medical service, but unfortunately, it often fails to provide holistic support to patients, especially those recovering. That is why I was happy to join, and contribute my experience, to a movement that aims to correct this injustice.
